Women’s Theatre Festival is hiring an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Women's Theatre Festival is hiring a part-time year-round administrative position with stipend, the EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT will provide support to WTF’s Artistic and Managing Directors.

 

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

Managing schedules, Answering calls and emails, database management, scanning, copying, filing, assisting in the planning and execution of events, auditions, and productions, attending meetings and contributing ideas, keeping information flowing, and other projects and tasks as assigned by the Artistic and Managing Directors.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate thinks quickly on their feet and is excellent at problem-solving and self-direction while embracing the collaborative nature of WTF. Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills are a must. Should be proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar applications as well as Excel and comfortable navigating social media platforms and Hootsuite. Quickbooks, Graphic design and photoshop skills a plus. Must be willing to average 15-20 (mostly flexible) hours per week and make a 9-12 month commitment.
